# Como estornar uma cobrança

* Na tela central, aparecerá um campo de buscas a definir os dados a serem pesquisados para localizar a cobrança, sendo: nome do cliente, documento (CPF e CNPJ), e-mail, título de cobrança e ID do link de pagamento/cobrança.
* Para ser ainda mais assertivo, a opção "Filtro" traz informações por datas de pagamento e de vencimento, valor, status (pago, atrasado, cancelado, estornado, etc.) e por método de pagamento.
* Assim que a cobrança aparecer, clique na lateral direita em "abrir em nova aba" e a tela contendo as informações de cobrança abrirá, clique no campo em vermelho grifado "Estornar cobrança"
* Se certifique do valor e que não é uma ação reversível, clique em "pronto" e a cobrança será estornada.

Lembrando que: caso o valor a ser estornado seja parcial, entre em contato com o time de Suporte Barte informando os dados de cobrança e valor a ser estornado.
